The Project
This was a relatively small job for us, but one that involved a lot of work, covering most of the ground floor. Michelle and Nick are a lovely couple who bought their house intending to do this work, and we are pleased they chose us to deliver the results they needed.
While modifying the garage, we discovered a missing lintel, so we rectified the problem and replaced the roof. Something our clients were extremely grateful for.
What did they want?
Our lovely clients were looking to remodel the downstairs of their house, wanted to take the wall down between the kitchen and dining room, fit a new kitchen, create a small office in part of the space where the old kitchen was and create a utility room and downstairs toilet in part of the garage.

Is the build outcome everything you wanted?
“We now have a great space, perfect for our needs and a lovely office that looks out onto the garden. The new kitchen/dining room wows everyone when they come in. Plus, we don’t have to worry that the garage roof might collapse! Thanks very much – it’s a great space that we can enjoy!”
